Application Information: The TRICONEX 3624 is a TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) supervised digital output module designed for Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS) and ESD emergency shutdown systems. It converts internal safety logic commands into field discrete switching signals to drive solenoid valves, safety relays and emergency trip actuators, serving as the core safety execution output unit for high-reliability industrial safety interlock systems.

Technical Parameters: 16-channel supervised digital output; nominal operating voltage 24 VDC (operating range 16–30 VDC); single-point continuous current 0.7A, peak surge current 4.8A (10ms maximum); minimum load current 30mA, maximum leakage current 4mA; point-to-point isolation voltage 1500 VDC; no built-in fuse with self-protection circuit; compliant with IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety certification; operating temperature range -40°C to +70°C; typical on-state voltage drop ＜1.5 VDC; low power consumption＜10W.
