Maintenance
- Routine inspection: Check PCB dust, connector tightness and LED status every 6–12 months
- Clean the board surface with dry compressed air; liquid solvent cleaning is strictly prohibited
- ESD protection must be adopted during disassembly, anti-static wristband required
- If signal loss or excitation fault alarm occurs, power off and recheck backplane connectors
- Stop operation immediately if PCB burn marks, corrosion or condensation are found
- We support function testing, refurbishment and spare replacement service for this DATX110 board
Installation
- Cut off all high voltage and auxiliary power supply of excitation cabinet, confirm zero voltage before operation.
- Wear anti-static wristband to prevent electrostatic damage to PCB electronic components.
- Open excitation cabinet door, release the locking mechanism of old DATX110 board.
- Disconnect backplane connector and signal terminals, pull out the old Eurocard board gently.
- Align new 3ASC25H209 board with cabinet guide rail, insert smoothly and lock.
- Reconnect backplane connector and signal terminals, ensure all plugs fully locked.
- Check no loose wires or foreign objects inside cabinet, close cabinet door.
- Restore power supply, perform excitation system self-test, verify signal sampling and trigger pulse.
- Conduct no-load commissioning, then run generator excitation test.
