TRICONEX 8110
- Application: High-density digital input module dedicated for safety instrumented systems, used in fire & gas detection systems, emergency shutdown (ESD) interlock loops and turbine control protection circuits.
- Specifications: 32 isolated digital input channels, supports 120 VAC/24 VDC signal types, operating altitude up to 3000m without derating.
TRICONEX 8110
- Parameters: Input on-state threshold at 18 VDC, off-state threshold at 5 VDC, maximum channel leakage current less than 1mA.
- Features: Triple modular redundancy (TMR) voting architecture, per-channel short-circuit protection, automatic fault reporting to the host controller.
- Maintenance: Inspect field wiring terminals for looseness every 6 months, replace fuses with specified 2A slow-blow type only, no live terminal disassembly allowed.
- Installation: Insert into the dedicated 16-slot TRICONEX chassis, fasten the front panel locking screws, route field input cables separately from power cables.
