TRICONEX 4500
- Application: Universal 16-channel digital output module for general industrial automation control, deployed in conveyor system logic control, lighting system sequential switching and auxiliary equipment interlock management.
- Specifications: 16 isolated digital output channels, supports 24 VDC sinking/sourcing output, operating temperature range from -10°C to 60°C.
- Parameters: Maximum output current per channel at 0.5A, channel switching frequency up to 10Hz, over-temperature protection triggered at 85°C.

- Features: Grouped output power supply design, LED status indicator for each channel, supports hot swap without system shutdown.
- Maintenance: Check output status indicators during daily patrols, replace the module if any channel fails to actuate, update the module configuration in the Triconex control software when replaced.
