Description
3500/61 Temperature Monitor Module Technical Introduction
Product Overview & Application Information
The 3500/61 is a high-performance six-channel temperature monitoring module developed for the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection system, dedicated to real-time temperature measurement, signal conditioning, alarm judgment and data recording of industrial rotating and stationary equipment. Compatibly equipped with 133900-01 recorder output external termination block (Euro style) and 133843-02 series supporting termination accessories, the module supports flexible field wiring and stable signal output, widely deployed in critical industrial condition monitoring scenarios.
As a core temperature monitoring unit of the 3500 rack system, it accepts both Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) and Thermocouple (TC) sensor inputs. Different from the 3500/60 module, the 3500/61 integrates independent recorder output for each channel, enabling continuous temperature data recording, remote data transmission and on-site data backup. It is programmable via 3500 Rack Configuration Software to adapt to diversified temperature measurement demands, providing reliable over-temperature protection and condition diagnosis for industrial equipment.
