Maintenance
- Routine inspection: Check PCB dust accumulation, backplane connector and LED status every 6–12 months
- Clean board surface with dry compressed air; liquid solvent cleaning is strictly prohibited
- ESD protection must be adopted during disassembly, anti-static wristband required
- If unstable spark or arc alarm occurs, power off and check backplane contact and power cable connection
- Do not energize the module if PCB corrosion, burn marks or condensation are found
- We support function testing, refurbishment and spare replacement service for this HIFG423365R0001 high-frequency generator module
Installation
- Cut off main 400VAC power supply of EDM machine, confirm zero voltage and implement lockout-tagout procedure.
- Wear anti-static wristband to prevent electrostatic damage to high-speed power chips.
- Open EDM power cabinet door, release the locking mechanism of old HIFG423365R0001 module.
- Pull out the Eurocard board gently, avoid scratching backplane pins.
- Insert new board along cabinet guide rail and lock firmly.
- Confirm backplane bus and power connectors are fully seated.
- Restore auxiliary power supply, perform module self-test and communication verification with EDM controller.
- Set machining parameters, carry out trial spark test, verify discharge stability and anti-arc protection function before formal workpiece processing.
