Maintenance

  • Regular inspection: Check board surface dust, connector looseness, corrosion every 6~12 months
  • Do not power on when moisture or dust accumulation is serious; clean with dry compressed air
  • Fault handling: When drive reports communication / control board error, power off fully then re-seat connectors; replace board if chip or circuit trace damage occurs
  • Maintenance reminder: Static protection (ESD) must be adopted during disassembly. Wear anti-static wristband.
  • Prohibited: Do not clean PCB with liquid solvent; avoid impact on board components
  • Repair service: We support testing, refurbishment and replacement service for this mainboard.

Installation

  1. Cut off all power supply of the medium voltage drive and confirm zero voltage before operation.
  2. Wear anti-static wristband to avoid electrostatic damage to PCB components.
  3. Remove cabinet front cover, extract the old control board from the rack slot.
  4. Align the new 3BHB045828R0001 board with the guide rail, insert smoothly into the rack.
  5. Reconnect all internal bus cables and terminal connectors, confirm all plugs are fully locked.
  6. Check no loose wiring or foreign objects inside cabinet, close cabinet cover.
  7. Power on step by step, perform drive self-test, verify communication and fault status.
  8. Complete no-load test run before putting into full load operation.
