4、 Installation and Operation Guide
Before installation, confirm that the system rack is completely powered off and select the appropriate DIN rail mounting position to fix the module
Align the guide rail slot and insert the module into it, lock the fixed buckle, and ensure that the module is firmly connected to the system backplane
Complete on-site wiring according to the official pin definition, separate the power circuit and signal circuit wiring, and ensure proper shielding and grounding
After power on, hardware recognition and parameter configuration are completed through TriStation software, and the effectiveness of output actions is tested channel by channel
After the full channel function verification is normal, it will be officially connected to the safety circuit and put into operation
5、 Daily maintenance and repair
Regular inspection: Check the status indicator lights on the module panel every month to confirm that there are no fault alarms, and also verify the ventilation and operating temperature of the rack
