Maintenance

Installation

1. Cut off all high voltage and auxiliary 24VDC power supply of medium voltage drive, confirm zero voltage and implement lockout-tagout procedure.
2. Wear anti-static wristband and insulating gloves for high voltage equipment maintenance.
3. Open MV drive power cell cabinet door, release the fixing fasteners of old KUC711AE101 module.
4. Disconnect gate signal cables and 24VDC power wires one by one, mark all cables for reconnection.
5. Install new module and fasten mounting bolts.
6. Reconnect 24VDC power and IGCT gate unit signal cables strictly according to marking.
7. Restore auxiliary power supply, perform module self-test and gate circuit continuity check.
